1) Career Development LOIs are due October 15th for all services.

2) A new LOI cover page, VA 1313-13 has been created and has been posted on the ORD website.  The form no longer includes a box for social security number and a new box for citizenship has been added.

3) The LOI instructions have been revised.  A detailed budget is no longer requested and the content has been reordered.  LOIs will be accepted in the previous format for the October 15th deadline.
